In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly submitted to us.
This policy applies to all content available on or through greghurban.com and any related subdomains, digital portals, downloads, and services operated by Greg Hurban℠.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any material available on or through our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information to permit us to locate it (such as URLs or specific descriptions).
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take appropriate action, including notifying the user responsible for the content.
2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in a U.S. federal court) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days in accordance with applicable law.
3. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate the accounts or access privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
4. No Waiver of Other Rights
Nothing in this policy limits our right to pursue additional remedies under applicable law, including seeking injunctive relief, damages, or other legal remedies for intellectual property infringement.
